Ham of high quality from 50% pure Iberian pig that has fattened by 4@ (1@ = 11.5 kg) feeding on acorns during the montanera. Each animal of this kind has at least 2 hectares of “dehesa” for fattening during montanera (period of the acorn harvest between November and March). Period of maturation of at least 3 years. Whole piece weight between 8 and 8,5 kilograms. Price per whole piece.
